Eric Montgomery

Eric Montgomery serves as the Talent Development Manager at Guttmacher Institute since November 2023. Previously, Montgomery held the position of Head of Learning at EmpiRx Health, where a dynamic learning culture was catalyzed, along with the successful rollout of EmpiRx Central, a user-centric knowledge management system. Prior experience includes Training and Development Lead at Westchester Medical Center, where Montgomery created acclaimed program materials and conducted corporate training programs. As Assistant Director at Ramapo College of New Jersey, Montgomery evaluated campus needs and led the implementation of a technology platform. Educational credentials include a Master of Liberal Studies from New York University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in English and American History from Coastal Carolina University and the University of Delaware, respectively.
