Dmytro Shykhmanter

Dmytro Shykhmanter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retrocession management, machine learning development, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Retrocession Manager at VIG Re since September 2021, Dmytro designs and implements complex retrocession programs to support corporate objectives. Previous roles include Machine Learning Developer at Blindspot Solutions, where Dmytro focused on AI-driven business transformations, and External Data Analyst at Optimics and Rohlik.cz, where predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making were key responsibilities. Dmytro's experience also includes working as a Reinsurance Actuary at Aon Benfield, developing innovative reinsurance products using big data for risk management. Dmytro holds a Master's degree in Statistics and Insurance Engineering from the Prague University of Economics and Business and a Master's in Applied Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
