Amanda Harris-Logie

Amanda Harris-Logie is an experienced energy professional currently serving as a Project Officer at Guyana Power & Light Inc., focusing on the Integrated Utility Services Model and various Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Projects. Previously, Amanda held a consultant role managing the pilot phase of the Integrated Utility Services Model in collaboration with The CARICOM Secretariat and other donor agencies. In 2022, Amanda participated in the RMI Energy Transition Academy Global Fellowship Programme, enhancing capabilities in clean energy project implementation. Amanda's earlier roles include Energy Project Officer for the REETA Project at GIZ GmbH and Project Officer at CARIBSAVE, contributing to climate change and sustainable development initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.
