Penny Tongo

Penny Tongo is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation since September 2023, focusing on equitable health initiatives. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Operations at Ipsos UK and Head of Recruitment Delivery at The Good Care Group Ltd. Penny has also worked as an Advisor for Generation Success, a social enterprise dedicated to creating equal career opportunities, and has held leadership positions at London Early Years Foundation, TPP Recruitment, and Hays, specializing in recruitment within the social care and charity sectors. Education includes studies at Barnet College and Melbourn Village College, along with ongoing participation in the UCan work-based learning programme.
