Lacey Cordero

Lacey Cordero is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and purchasing. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at GVW Group since 2013, Lacey has previously held the position of Interim Vice President of Purchasing at Autocar Trucks for a brief period in 2020. Lacey's background includes roles as a Transactional Attorney at Cheng Cohen LLC and a Corporate/M&A Attorney at Mayer Brown LLP. Early legal experience includes a judicial internship with The Honorable Laurie Smith Camp at the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska and various positions in business analysis and research.
