Valentina Ventura

Valentina Ventura has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Valentina started their career at Bosch as an intern, where they worked on the implementation of a Policy Deployment project and gained experience in process analysis, project management, and risk analysis. Valentina then worked at Adecco for GE Oil & Gas as an Expediter, responsible for monitoring supplier performance and managing delays. Valentina then joined Tecnomec Engineering srl as a Project Manager, where they handled the implementation of Lube Oil consol and Skid gas projects for the Oil & Gas industry. Valentina worked closely with customers and suppliers, managed budgets, and ensured technical alignment. Valentina then moved to Tozzi Electrical Equipment as a Project Manager and subsequently joined G&W Electric Co. as an Application Engineer. In their role at G&W Electric Co., they were responsible for managing projects related to medium voltage electrical equipment and acted as the main interface with clients, commercial offices, and production teams. Valentina later became a Value Stream Manager at the same company, leading the Lean process optimization and continuing their responsibilities as an Application Engineer. Throughout their career, Valentina has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as technical expertise in the field of electrical equipment.

Valentina Ventura obtained their Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria gestionale/Gestione industriale from Politecnico di Bari in the years 2004 to 2008. Valentina then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at Politecnico di Bari from 2008 to 2010.
