Paul Douglas

Paul Douglas has a diverse work experience. Paul served as the Head of Finance, Australia at GWA Group Limited from 2017 to the present. In this role, they oversee financial activities, leads commercial analysis, and makes key business decisions. Paul also partnered with the corporate function to manage accounting, tax, treasury, and financial issues. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, they worked at Goodman Fielder as the Supply Chain Finance Manager and Planning & Performance Manager. In these roles, they managed financial decision-making and achieved cost savings through cost-out initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG Australia from 2007 to 2014 as a Manager, focusing on external audit engagements and managing diverse clients. Paul also had a brief experience as a Senior Associate at KPMG US from 2012 to 2013.

Paul Douglas obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from Southern Cross University between the years 2003 and 2006. Paul then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting Foundations at Deakin University from 2008 to 2009. Finally, from 2009 to 2011, Paul attended Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand to specialize in Chartered Accounting.
