Tysh Coleman

Tysh Coleman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative leadership and management. Currently serving as Deputy Division Director and Open Records Officer for Gwinnett County Government since June 2023, Tysh oversees open records requests and provides training on record retention procedures. Prior experience includes a managerial role at the Georgia Institute of Technology from December 2018 to May 2023, and a decade-long tenure at The University of Texas at Dallas, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Administration/Chief of Staff, managing multiple departments, and providing executive assistance to senior leadership. Tysh holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Memphis, completed Paralegal Studies at Southern Methodist University, and is pursuing an Executive MPA at Georgia Southern University, expected to be completed in May 2026.
