Hend Boustany

Hend Boustany has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Since 2022, they have been working as a Human Resources Manager at GWL Realty Advisors. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2022, Hend worked at RBC in various roles including Bilingual Human Resources Consultant and Bilingual Human Resources Representative. At Fluke Corporation, from 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, gaining experience in customer service, problem-solving, and ISO audit compliance. From 2014 to 2016, Hend worked as a Bilingual HR Assistant Manager at Algorithm Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. Hend also has a long history with Sofitel, starting as a Front Office Manager in 1996 and progressing to the role of HR Coordinator/Operations Manager until 2014. During their time at Sofitel, they managed various hotel operations and collaborated with other departments to enhance customer service and increase market share.

Hend Boustany has a diverse education history. In 1995, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Hend later pursued a Master's degree in Hotel Management & Tourism from the same institution, which they completed in 1997. In 2002, they obtained another Master's degree, this time in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, again from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Hend also furthered their education in the field of Luxury Management, earning a Diploma from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL in 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Spanish Language from Instituto Cervantes. Hend'seducational journey culminated in 2018 when they completed a program in Human Resources Development from Sheridan College.
