Barbara Polito has extensive work experience in the real estate industry and financial sector. Barbara also holds a position as a Member of the Regional Advisory Board for RICS in Europe, focusing on sustainability in the real estate sector. Barbara Polito (FRICS) has a diverse education history. Barbara completed their Architecture degree in Real Estate portfolio management at Politecnico di Milano from 1987 to 1997. In 2001, they pursued an Executive Course in Real Estate Economics at IREM - Institute of Real Estate Management. In 2002, they attended a Summer Intensive Course on The Business of Real Estate at New York University. Later, in 2009-2012, they obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration from POLIMI Graduate School of Management. In 2013, they expanded their knowledge with a course on Impact Investing: the new asset class for sustainable finance through Forum Finanza Sostenibile e Fondazione Lang Italia. In 2021, they completed an Executive Course in CSR & Stakeholder Management at Luiss Business School. Lastly, in 2022-2023, they acquired expertise in Board Academy and Corporate Governance through Luiss Business School. Furthermore, in 2023-2024, they obtained a degree in Impact & Sustainability Strategist from POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
