Diane Conners

Diane Conners has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at The George Washington University since August 2011. This role encompasses overseeing high-volume hiring for critical positions, managing a team responsible for onboarding over 2,000 employees annually, and implementing innovative sourcing methods via the LinkedIn Recruiter Platform. Diane has also held various positions at The George Washington University, including Senior Recruitment Partner and Interim Director, where responsibilities included consulting with management on hiring practices and training hiring managers. Prior to this, Diane held roles at George Mason University and St. John Fisher College, focusing on graduate admissions and student records. Diane holds a Master of Science in International/Global Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in German and International Studies, both from St. John Fisher University.
