Deepti Deshpande

Deepti Deshpande is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at AMS since December 2022, Deepti also holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Credit Suisse since May 2021. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Leader at Barclays through both ABC Group and Resource Solutions from February 2018 to April 2021, and Service Delivery Leader for Talent Acquisition at PeopleStrong from July 2017 to January 2018. Deepti's journey in talent acquisition began at eClerx as an Associate Program Manager and later as Sr Manager, Recruitment from March 2013 to June 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management with a focus on Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
