Norman Robert Hayes

Norman Robert Hayes is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and intelligence, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University since April 2016, instructing courses on Cyber Conflict. Hayes is also the Advisory Director at the Cyber Security Forum Initiative, contributing to the organization's mission to enhance cybersecurity awareness and support various sectors. Previous roles include President's Leadership Fellow at Robert Morris University, Executive Vice President for Cybersecurity & Intelligence at Dynamic Technology Systems, and Director of Intelligence at United States European Command, where oversight included extensive intelligence operations across multiple countries. Hayes held leadership positions at Naval Intelligence Professionals and SBG Technology Solutions, among others, and possesses an MA in Strategic Military Operations from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, as well as a B.S. in Environmental Science from Indiana University.
