James Grieco

James Grieco has over two decades of work experience in various roles within logistics, supply chain management, and military operations. James is currently serving as the Vice President of Logistics and Supply Chain Sales and Solutions at GXO Logistics since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at XPO Logistics for five years, where they held positions such as Vice President of Supply Chain Advanced Solutions and Executive Director of Advanced Solutions. Before their career in the logistics industry, Grieco served in the US Navy and US Navy Reserve, where they held roles such as Commanding Officer of HSM-60 Helicopter Squadron and Flight Instructor and Operations Officer. Additionally, they have experience in retail as the Director of Buying at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc., and as a Managing Partner at Precision One Development Company. Grieco also worked as a Contract Simulator Instructor at Cubic Worldwide Technical Services. Throughout their career, Grieco has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

James Grieco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. In 2003, they completed the Crew Resource Management Instructor Course at the Naval Aviation Schools Command. James also obtained a certificate in National Security Studies from the Joint Reserve Affairs Center, Reserve Component National Security Course in Washington, DC, in 2011. Additionally, Grieco holds certifications in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain from The Wharton School, Supply Chain Analytics Essentials from Rutgers University, and Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
