Margit van der Laan

Margit Van der Laan has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position as Vice President of Human Resources at GXO Logistics, Inc. From 2018 to 2023, they served as the Regional HR Director for syncreon Netherlands B.V. Prior to that, they worked at Aspen Pharma Group as the HR Director for Aspen Oss BV, managing all operational HR activities. From 2009 to 2013, they held various roles at MSD Nederland B.V., including Director HR Lead API and HR Lead API/Biotech. Margit also gained HR experience at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals, NV Organon, Witlox Advies, and Vitae Human Development. Margit has a strong background in HR management, restructuring, negotiations, and change management.
