Randall Snelson

Randall Snelson is a seasoned talent acquisition and organizational development professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Organizational and Talent Development at FORTNA since November 2022, Snelson previously operated as Principal Consultant and Owner of Blueprint Talent Consulting from July 2019 to November 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Ingersoll Rand, where responsibilities encompassed directing talent acquisition strategy and managing client relationships across multiple sectors. Snelson's career also includes leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing global recruiting operations and university relations, along with sales experience in medical devices and packaged foods. Snelson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of South Carolina.
