Mark Swann

Mark Swann has extensive work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Mark is currently the Head of Operations at GXO Logistics, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Whistl UK Ltd from February 2022 to October 2023. Mark also served as an Operations Manager and Operations Shift Manager at DHL Supply Chain from August 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they held the position of National Account Director and Operations Manager at Jobandtalent (formerly Single Resource) from May 2013 to June 2019. In these roles, Mark was responsible for managing teams, aligning client and company objectives, and identifying potential skills gaps.

Mark Swann earned a Bachelor's degree from Bournemouth University from 2008 to 2011. Mark also obtained a Level 3 - Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the Recruitment Employment Confederation.
