Previously, Thomas was the Senior Manager of Inspection Readiness at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, overseeing GMDP inspection management internationally, and held roles at Callisto Pharma Group and Kyowa Kirin International plc., where responsibilities included quality assurance consulting and global audit compliance. With extensive experience spanning leadership and strategic oversight in the pharmaceutical sector, Thomas's academic background includes an MSc in Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences from The University of Manchester and an MSci(Hons) in Medicinal & Biological Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
