Daniel Kelly

Daniel Kelly has a strong background in real estate and property management. Daniel currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at GY Properties since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Managing Director at Scully Company from October 2022 to May 2023. From September 2018 to October 2022, they served as the Director of Real Estate at Greystar. Before that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Buccini / Pollin Group from January 2018 to August 2018. Daniel Kelly also worked as a Regional Property Manager at Greystar from August 2013 to January 2018 and started their career as a Property Manager at Bozzuto from June 2006 to August 2013.

Daniel Kelly attended Penn State University from 2000 to 2005, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Daniel did not receive a degree during this time.
