Nadhifah K Agusalim

Nadhifah K Agusalim started their work experience at Planet Cents, Inc. in 2022 as an intern, where they conducted pre-screening interviews and filled out assessment forms for potential candidates. Nadhifah K also organized interview dates and communicated with candidates via email. Later in 2022, they joined Seven Stones Indonesia as a Marketing Specialist, where they focused on copywriting for various marketing materials and implemented strategies to drive social media growth and increase brand visibility. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Business Development at Seven Stones Indonesia, where they worked closely with foreign clients, providing guidance and facilitating their entry into the Indonesian market. Nadhifah K successfully boosted sales and drove business growth through acquiring and nurturing client relationships.

Nadhifah K Agusalim completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Studies from Eötvös Loránd University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they participated in the University Preparation Abroad Program at EF International Language Campuses in 2017-2018. They also joined the Australia Study Tour Program at Gymea Technology High School in 2016. Before their tertiary education, Nadhifah earned a High School Diploma from IIBS - International Islamic Boarding School from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Nadhifah obtained several certifications. They completed courses on topics such as developing high trust work relationships, discovering development management, human resources recruitment and selection, strategic human resource management, biofuels, developing skills as an HR professional, user experience (UX) in digital skills, web analytics, and social change through marketing. They also earned the EFSET English Certificate with a C2 Proficient level. Nadhifah completed other courses on mental health, physical computing, psychological first aid, sustainable business through green HR, computer programming, and digital skills for work and life. These certifications were obtained from various institutions including The Open University, Accenture, EF Standard English Test, Griffith University, University of Reading, Institute of Coding, UK Health Security Agency, RMIT University, and University of Leeds.
