Patrícia Gonçalves has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources. Patrícia started their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Trainee at We Change. Patrícia then moved to XC Consultores in 2009, where they served as a consultant on Quality Management Systems. In 2011, they became the Human Resources Manager and Quality Systems Manager at Argon - Componentes Eléctricos e Electrónicos, Lda. In 2013, they were appointed as Pedagogical Coordinator at Advance Station - Skillsgym. From 2014 to 2016, they were an HR Consultant at Msearch. Patrícia then worked as a Senior Manager at Randstad Professionals Portugal from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are the People, Talent & Culture Manager at GYANT, where they are responsible for workforce development, employee relations & engagement, recruitment, and strategic planning.

Patrícia Gonçalves has a diverse education history. In 2003-2005, they attended ISCAP. From 2008-2011, they studied Human Resources Management at ISLA - Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia, where they received their degree. From 2012-2014, they attended Escola Superior de Estudos Industriais e de Gestão, IPP, where they obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development. In 2019, they attended London Business School for the program Leading Transformation in a Digital World and Porto Business School for General Management. In 2021, they completed the HR Business Partners: Enhancing Your Strategic Contributions program from SHRM - Society for Human Resource Management.
