Igor Kononuchenko

Igor Kononuchenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Igor started their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Alfa Team, where they worked on a real estate web application. In 2006, they co-founded an outsourcing company called Rentacoder and served as a Software Engineer. In the same year, they also worked as a Software Engineer for an outsourcing project with Canon Russia, developing internal portals.

In 2007, Igor signed a contract with MyHeritage.com after successfully completing a task for them. Igor worked as a Software Engineer and eventually became the CTO of the company.

From 2008 to 2010, Igor co-founded a design studio called feelgood.com.ua, where they served as the CTO and lead engineer. During this time, they worked on various design-oriented projects and developed their own task tracker.

In 2010, Igor founded their own one-man startup called Bazadel, where they tried to build a CRM system with a beautiful UI.

Later in 2010, they joined dou.ua as the CTO and lead engineer, securing clients and playing a pivotal role in the growth of the company.

In 2011, Igor joined Grammarly as a Software Engineer and took on various roles over the years. Igor contributed to the development of browser extensions, web editor rewrite, and the transition of the product to a freemium model. Igor also served as a Team Lead, managing and hiring new members for the engineering team.

In 2018, Igor founded SITG, and in 2021, they founded Gymnasia. Both of these ventures involve their leadership as the Founder, although specific details about these roles are not provided.

Igor Kononuchenko obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kyiv Engineering Technical Institute, where they studied from 2001 to 2007.
