Keith A. Chrzanowski

Keith A. Chrzanowski has an extensive work experience in human resources leadership roles. Keith A. is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Gynesonics, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Kalan HR Consulting, where they specialized in organizational design, change management, compensation design, employee engagement, and performance management/succession planning. Keith A. also held the position of Head of People & Culture at Saras Micro Devices Inc., where they played a key role in developing innovative power delivery solutions for the high-performance computing industry. Previously, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Akesis, Inc., overseeing the start-up of a manufacturing and commercial organization. Keith also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Elekta, leading the North American HR function and successfully implementing an employee engagement model and a commercial reorganization. Before that, they held senior HR positions at Medtronic and Given Imaging, where they managed HR requirements for large teams and built global HR organizations to support high growth.

Keith A. Chrzanowski has a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Norwich University. Keith A. also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication & Political Science from Western Illinois University.
