Jonathan Graber

Jonathan Graber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jonathan has recently been working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Gynger, where they are involved in combining software and capital to help businesses scale and grow. Prior to this, they held the same position at Triple Whale, an eCommerce operating system for Shopify Brands. At Triple Whale, they contributed to significant growth and raised venture capital.

In 2020, Jonathan worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead at AssuranceAmerica, an auto insurance carrier, where they oversaw recruitment efforts and managed a team of recruiters. During their tenure, the company experienced substantial growth in the number of associates.

Before their time at AssuranceAmerica, Jonathan worked as a Sr. Recruiter in the eCommerce division of The Home Depot. Jonathan was responsible for full-cycle recruiting, specializing in placing candidates within various departments.

With a background in recruitment, Jonathan has also worked at Three Pillars Recruiting, a boutique agency in the tech space, where they held roles such as Recruiting Team Lead and Head of Recruiting Operations. Jonathan was responsible for managing their own business and leading a team of recruiters.

Jonathan's early career experiences include working as a Financial Services Representative at Cetera Financial Group and as a Merchandise Planning Intern at Lillian Vernon.

Jonathan Graber has a diverse education history. Jonathan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Yeshiva University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Jonathan then pursued further education at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, earning an MBA in Business Administration, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. In 2019, they obtained a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School. Additionally, Jonathan holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, which they received in July 2019 from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
