Luxy Maxim

Luxy Maxim has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. They started their career as a Recruiter at Compusystem a/s in 2005 and later worked as a Senior Consultant in Recruitment at NADIA Training, Recruitment, and Management Consultants from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, Luxy joined Al-Husam General Contracting Est. as a Senior HR Officer, where they specialized in recruitment, talent acquisition, and general HR. They then worked at Gypsemna Company LLC and PORCELLAN CO. L.L.C. as a Talent Specialist and Recruitment Lead from 2016 onwards.

Luxy Maxim completed an MBA in HR from the Coimbatore Institute of Management and Technology from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from S N R Sons College from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Luxy Maxim has acquired various certifications in areas such as emotional intelligence, succession planning, human resource development, and risk management, among others.
