Kirsten Kaufmann

Kirsten Kaufmann, MBA, currently serves as the HR Business Partnering Manager and Senior HR Business Partner III for H.B. Fuller, leading regional HR efforts for Health, Hygiene & Consumables in North America, overseeing HR business partners across eleven manufacturing facilities, and supporting various operational functions. Previously, Kirsten held the position of Human Resources Director at Clean Response, promoting organizational excellence and leadership development. As Managing Partner of Effective Business Management Group, LLC, Kirsten provided management advisory services focused on culture and process change for business owners in the trades. Earlier career ventures include founding and leading Mormino Landscape Services, a successful landscape construction and snow removal company, and co-founding Mormino Lawn & Lighting Services. Kirsten holds an MBA from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College Chicago.
