Xiomara Chinchilla

Xiomara Chinchilla is an experienced financial professional with a comprehensive background in accounting and compliance. Currently serving as the LATAM/ANZ Sox Compliance Manager at H.B. Fuller since February 2022, Xiomara has previously held various leadership roles at EY, including Assistant Director and Supervising Associate, along with a tenure as Finance Manager Back Office. At Kimberly-Clark, starting in 2007, Xiomara has excelled as a Reporting Team Leader, overseeing financial accuracy across multiple systems and managing budget preparation for the GBS. Xiomara's career began at GBM de Costa Rica, where responsibilities included accounts payable and financial analysis. Xiomara holds a degree in Contaduría from Universidad Hispanoamericana.
