David Dovas

David brings more than 25 years of project management and design experience, from project planning/conception through construction and commissioning/operations for high performance and energy efficient buildings. His responsibilities cover multi-discipline technical and financial project management, including technical quality, budget and schedule. David’s background includes lead design services for HVAC, controls, fire protection, life safety, and plumbing for building systems. He also has extensive experience in chilled water systems, hot water and steam boiler and heat exchanger systems, indoor air quality, building management systems and controls, net-zero design, energy analysis and modeling, as well as studies for due diligence, feasibility, and facility assessment.
