Colin Stalnecker

Colin is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including originating, structuring, financing and executing post-closing growth and operational strategies.

Colin has private equity investing experience across a wide range of industries including business services, technology, consumer, and industrials. Prior to joining H.I.G., Colin worked for Prospect Partners, focusing on control investments in the lower middle market. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.

Colin earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
