Mona Martin Sphr

Mona Martin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at HM Dunn AeroSystems, Inc. since September 2008, leading HR initiatives for a tier 1 aerospace supplier, with expertise in benefits design, employee relations, talent management, and safety. Prior to this role, Mona was the Director of Human Resources at Dean & DeLuca, where oversight of HR policies and benefits plan administration was provided. Additional experience includes HR Manager positions and Employee Relations Specialist roles at Via Christi Regional Medical Center, focusing on employee issues and training, as well as early career management experience at The Management Company.
