Tom Sodeman M.D. Mss Mph (Hubble)

Tom "Hubble" Sodeman MD MSS MPH MA currently serves as Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Professor of Medicine at The University of Toledo, where Tom "Hubble" has held various leadership roles since July 2005, including Gastroenterology Program Director and Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology. In addition to their academic responsibilities, Tom is engaged as a Review Editor for H-NewEngland and served as a Flight Surgeon and Deputy Commander of the 180th Medical Group in the Ohio Air National Guard until August 2023. Tom's military experience includes roles in the US Army Reserve, with multiple mobilizations to medical centers in Germany and the United States. Educational credentials include degrees in Medicine, Public Health, and Strategic Studies, complemented by multiple advanced military education programs. Tom has also held leadership positions in civilian medicine, including President of the Air War College Alumni Society.
