As part of his strategy to constantly improve IT functionality, Rolando has managed and implemented three enterprise systems changes for HR Options. He was the lead strategist and visionary for the development of our online registration and time reporting system for our outsourced employees. He excels at understanding the technical needs, as well as the operational management needs of our clients through technology.
