Fahad Naveed

Fahad Naveed is an experienced professional in project management and technical support, currently serving as the Networks Project Management Team Lead and Projects Coordinator at H-Tech Supports since February 2021. In this role, Fahad is responsible for booking dispatch tickets globally and managing the ticket life cycle according to company policy. Previously, Fahad worked as an IT Technical Support Assistant at Programmers Force, providing technical assistance for the company's verification product, Shufti Pro, and addressing client queries in collaboration with relevant departments. Fahad also gained experience as a Software Intern at Knackforte. Fahad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Software Engineering from the University of South Asia and has completed pre-engineering studies at Garrison College for Boys Lahore.
