Patrycja Chwiecko

Patrycja Chwiecko has a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in various roles and companies. Patrycja is currently working as a Senior Electrical Engineer at H2GO Power, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Electrical Engineering at Again, where they designed and built an automated machine for reusable packaging, managed procurement and supplier relations, and supervised an electrical team.

Earlier in their career, Patrycja worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at MechFS, where they contributed to various projects and ended their tenure in August 2020. Patrycja also worked as an Electrical Project Engineer at Kongsberg Maritime, where they handled multiple responsibilities such as electrical design, switchboard modifications, and subcontractor coordination. Additionally, they served as an Electrical Engineer at Global Maritime and gained experience in PLC programming and control panel design at Elsa sp. z o.o.

Patrycja started their career with an internship in the Electrical Systems Department at Sunreef Yachts, where they gained hands-on experience in machine servicing, boat prototyping, and electrical measurements. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in electrical engineering and project management.

Patrycja Chwiecko has a diverse education history. Patrycja studied Lean Six Sigma Leadership Yellow Belt at the University of Oxford. Patrycja also pursued a degree in Management in Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they engaged in Effective Thinking Through Mathematics at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2018, they graduated from Gdynia Maritime University with a Magister (Mgr) degree in Electro-Automation Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Gdańsk University of Technology from 2011 to 2016 and earned a degree of Inżynier (Inż.) in Power Engineering.
