Kathryn Head

Kathryn Head has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kathryn began their career as a Receptionist at Scottsboro OB GYN Specialists LLC in May 2016 and held this position until July 2019. In July 2019, they joined KLP Consulting, Inc. as an Information Technology Field Technician and worked there until February 2020.

In March 2020, Kathryn transitioned to NRTC as a Senior Managed Services Technician. Kathryn served in this role until August 2021. During their tenure at NRTC, they also took on additional responsibilities as a Network Operations Technician from August to December 2021 and as a Subcommittee Leader from April 2021 to April 2022. From December 2021 to April 2022, they held the position of Network Operations Lead Technician.

Currently, Kathryn Head is working at H2L Solutions Inc. as a Cyber Security Analyst since April 2022. Kathryn recently transitioned to the role of Cybersecurity Engineer in October 2022, continuing their work in the field of cybersecurity.

Throughout their career, Kathryn has gained valuable experience in various roles within the IT and cybersecurity fields, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in different organizations.

Kathryn Head began their education at Scottsboro High School, where they completed their high school diploma between 2006 and 2010. Afterward, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Computer Programming. Their academic journey continued at Northeast Alabama Community College from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism. In April 2022, Kathryn also obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
