Matan Ref

Matan Ref's work experience starts in 2010 when they joined the IDF as a Military Intelligence Officer and Team Commander. In this role, they managed a team and led them in achieving the objectives of the mission preparation effort. Matan also played a crucial role in developing new capabilities for operational units.

In 2015, Matan worked at Matrix as a 3D Simulation Advisor for the IDF. During their time there, they provided guidance and advice on 3D simulation.

From 2018 to 2019, Matan worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at MercyBeam by Convergent R.N.R., where they gained hands-on experience in mechanical engineering.

In 2019, they joined Respinova Ltd. as an R&D Mechanical Engineer and worked until 2021. During this time, they contributed to the research and development of mechanical components.

Currently, Matan is working at H2Pro as an R&D Mechanical Engineer. Matan started in 2021 and later became the R&D Mechanical Team leader in 2023.

Overall, Matan has a diverse range of experience in mechanical engineering and has demonstrated leadership skills throughout their career.

Matan Ref completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University from 2015 to 2019. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Design degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
