Carrie Paxson

Carrie Paxson has a diverse work experience in the field of instructional design, eLearning development, and training. Carrie started their career as the Owner and Lead eLearning Developer and Instructional Designer at Accredentials Incorporated in 2006, where they developed blended learning programs using various software tools. Carrie then worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) from 2018 to 2020, followed by a role as a Senior Advisor, Instructional Design and Delivery at Suncor in 2019. Carrie also worked as a Learning Manager and Curation Lead at Shaw Communications from 2020 to 2022. Carrie joined H2Safety Services Inc. in 2022 as a Software Trainer. In addition to their corporate experience, Carrie is also an experienced entrepreneur, having owned and operated their own eCommerce business, Carrie's Closet, from 2013 to 2019, as well as BeautyGram Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Carrie has a strong background in website creation, content management, and social media marketing.
