Carrie Paxson has a diverse work experience in the field of instructional design, eLearning development, and training. Carrie started their career as the Owner and Lead eLearning Developer and Instructional Designer at Accredentials Incorporated in 2006, where they developed blended learning programs using various software tools. Carrie then worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) from 2018 to 2020, followed by a role as a Senior Advisor, Instructional Design and Delivery at Suncor in 2019.
