Rao Muhammad Bilal has a comprehensive work experience in IT infrastructure and management spanning over two decades. Rao started their career in 2002 at Habib Bank AG Zurich as a Manager, where they handled system administration and provided user support for Sun Ultra Enterprise servers. Rao then moved on to IBM in 2007 as an IT Specialist, responsible for maintaining critical Unix servers and ensuring SLA and security standards were met. In 2010, Bilal joined Summit Bank Ltd as the Head of IT Infrastructure, where they devised network strategies and managed a team to keep the data center operational 24/7. Rao then worked at Habib Metropolitan Bank from 2013 to 2019 as the Head of IT Infrastructure, leading strategic technology initiatives and ensuring delivery of 24/7 service operations. Currently, Bilal holds the position of Deputy Head of Global IT Infrastructure at Habib Bank AG Zurich, where they manage the implementation of various solutions across multiple countries and the datacenter.

Rao Muhammad Bilal completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained certifications in CyberSecurity from (ISC)² in January 2023 and in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in October 2006.
