Salman also earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt (LSSWB™) certification from the same institution.

In 2016, Salman attended a course at Terrabiz, where they learned about "The Business of People & the Future of Work" by Dave Ulrich. The following year, they obtained a Certified HCM Analytics certification from HR Metrics by Zahid Mubarak.

Salman is currently pursuing a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
