Lama Al Obaidli has worked in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Lama started their career as a Front Office staff at Kempinski Al Othman Hotel Al Khobar, where they gained experience in guest services and room reservation procedures. Lama then transitioned to the role of an HR Admin Assistant at the same hotel, where they handled tasks such as company payroll, employee leave management, and government-required requests.

Following that, Lama joined Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences as an Assistant Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for various HR functions. Lama then progressed to the role of Assistant Manager Human Resources, focusing on HR management and administration. Finally, they worked as an Assistant Head of People & Culture at HABITAS, where they exhibited their expertise in people and culture management.

Lama Al Obaidli attended the University of Sharjah from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Law. In 2016, they also completed a Diploma in Professional Diploma in Islamic Banking at the same institution.
