Mayra Murillo

Mayra Murillo currently serves as the Neighborhood Revitalization Manager at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, a role held since August 2021, focusing on community engagement and data-driven learning modules. In addition to this position, Mayra is a Facilitator for the Parent Engagement Academy since January 2018. Previous experience includes stints as a Community Outreach Supervisor at SBCC, a Community Organizer at South Bay Center for Counseling/Community Development, and Associate Director at Parent Institute for Quality Education, where responsibilities encompassed program management and community outreach. Mayra holds an Associate of Arts degree in Sociology from Long Beach Community College and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach.
