Monique Davis

Monique Davis has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Starting from 2015, they worked at Skid Row Housing Trust, a prominent provider of permanent supportive housing. Monique held multiple positions in the organization, including Chief Community Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Administration Officer. Monique played a key role in implementing the Housing First philosophy and creating innovative housing solutions for individuals facing homelessness. In 2019, they became the Chairman of the Board at Piece By Piece, an organization focused on empowering homeless and low-income individuals through art and job training. In 2021, they joined Brilliant Corners as the Chief People Officer, responsible for managing the organization's human resources. Prior to that, in 2020, they founded and served as the CEO of ACCESS, where they advocated for diversity, inclusion, and equity and provided leadership coaching and training. Finally, in 2022, they joined Habitat for Humanity of Orange County as the President and CEO.

Monique Davis has a diverse education history. Monique started their educational journey at Cypress College from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued General Studies with a focus on Business Management and Public Relations. During the same period, Monique also attended Chapman University, where they studied Organizational Leadership. Following their time at Cypress College, Monique enrolled at the University of Phoenix in 2006 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2013. Additionally, Monique returned to Chapman University at an unspecified time to earn another Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
