Karen Wiltgen

Karen Wiltgen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and information technology. Currently serving as an Operating Committee member for Feeding Charlotte and an Information Technology Business Partner at Thinc Strategy, Karen has also been an active Committee Member at Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region and a member of the Women's Impact Fund since 2021. Previously, Karen held the position of Principal and Director at RSM US LLP, leading the Technology & Management Consulting practice until December 2023. Additional experience includes roles at the American Diabetes Association, ManpowerGroup, Whittmanhart, Millennium Partners, and Deloitte & Touche, where Karen demonstrated expertise in business transformation, strategic vision, project management, and compliance across various sectors. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from St. Norbert College.
