Erik Rausch

Erik Rausch is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at the Philadelphia Eagles since August 2007, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources since August 2018. Rausch has held various roles within the organization, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included benefits administration, recruiting, employee relations, and managing worker's compensation issues. Additionally, Rausch contributes as a Human Resources Committee Member for Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia. Rausch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2007.
