Tia McCrackin

Tia McCrackin, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of US Affiliate Learning at Habitat for Humanity International since July 2021. Tia's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through the founding of Green Knife Life LLC in January 2019, where Tia provides consultation and education on leadership and development best practices while designing learning programs. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Salt River Project, leading a team focused on information stewardship and stakeholder training, and a tenure as Senior Operations Manager at PetSmart Charities, where Tia enhanced the pet adoption program. Tia's earlier positions at PetSmart involved various roles in learning solutions and service operations, contributing to associate development and operational excellence. Tia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
