Milissa Copeland is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at HAC, Inc. since July 2023 and as a Certified DiSC Facilitator with Milissa Copeland Consulting since January 2022. With extensive experience in educational roles, Milissa has held positions such as Learning and Development Innovative Manager at the Metropolitan Library System of Oklahoma County and adjunct faculty at the University of Central Oklahoma. Previous roles include Client Relations Manager for the Institute for Learning Environment Design, and various positions focused on training and instructional design across different organizations, including Love's Travel Stops and Mercy Health Center. Milissa Copeland holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education Training & Development and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, along with additional certifications in online instruction.
