Elizabeth Cotton

Elizabeth Cotton has a diverse work experience in human resources roles. Elizabeth currently works at Hach as the Sr. Director of HR, NA Commercial, leading the North American HR team and serving as a strategic HR partner to the North American GM. Previously, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources Mfg & Ops at Hach, where they led a global HR team in support of business leaders and over 1,500 associates. Prior to their time at Hach, Elizabeth was the Sr. Director of Global Human Resources at Mammotome, where they led the global HR organization and achieved the highest operating company engagement score across 25+ operating companies in Danaher. Elizabeth has also held HR roles at Givaudan and Gap Inc., as well as an HR Generalist position at Rising Star Casino.

Elizabeth Cotton attended Purdue University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Professional Writing and Publishing with a focus on English and Computer Sciences. Prior to college, they graduated from Seton High School. In terms of certifications, Elizabeth obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in February 2017 and became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2021.
