Conor Mintzer

Conor Mintzer is an experienced professional in the publishing industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Hachette Book Group since October 2025. Prior roles include Assistant Director and Senior Manager of Publishing Operations at Henry Holt & Company, where contributions spanned from editorial to operational roles. Mintzer began the publishing career at Flatiron Books as an Assistant Editor and has also held various positions in legal support. An educator early in the career, Mintzer taught English and Mathematics, while also accumulating advanced educational credentials, including a Master of Arts in English and American Literature from Georgetown University.
