Susan Dearborn

Susan Dearborn, CPA has over 25 years of work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Susan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Hacienda CDC. Prior to this, they worked at Friends of the Children as the National Controller and Accounting Manager from 2017 to 2023. Susan also served as the Controller at Kurisu International Inc from 2012 to 2017. Susan has experience as an Accountant at CornerStar Inc from 2006 to 2013 and as a NetSuite Consulting CPA at Sjobeck Integration Professionals in 2011 and 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Accountant at GEFFEN MESHER & CO in 2002 and at Grant Thornton LLP from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Susan has experience as a Refugee Business Skills Trainer at Jewish Vocational Service in 1998 and as an Economic Development Consultant with the Peace Corps from 1995 to 1997.

Susan Dearborn, CPA obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting from Champlain College, which they completed from 1989 to 1991. Susan further pursued their education at Saint Michael's College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from 1991 to 1993.
