Vivek Tarapara

Vivek Tarapara is currently an Advisor for Partnerships at HackDuke, a position held since September 2022. Vivek has gained diverse experience through multiple internships, including a Software Engineer Intern role at MITRE working on Full Stack and Systems R&D, a Product & Test Engineering Intern position at GDM Electronic & Medical focusing on Process Automation, and a Software Engineer Intern role at Skanska related to Delivery Management. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Researcher at CERN, where research focused on Particle Flow. Vivek is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering along with Computer Science at Duke University, expected to graduate in December 2024, and graduated from Santa Susana High School in June 2021 with a High School Diploma in Engineering.
